چکیده
COVID-19 pandemic has been raging all around the world for almost a year now, as of November 1, 2020. In this paper, we try to analyze variation in different countries light some modifications susceptible-infected-recovered (SIR) model. The SIR model was modified by taking time-dependent rate parameters. From model, basic reproduction number, effective herd immunity, and immunity threshold are redefined. re-outbreak is real threat various countries. We have used above-mentioned quantities find reasons behind disease. Also, effectiveness prevent an epidemic analyzed with respect also tried show that there certain universal aspects spread containment disease short period time. Finally, current situation India attempted discuss possibilities order predict its future behaviour using our

متن کاملThe SIR Epidemiology Model in Predicting Herd Immunity
Abstract. The Simple Epidemic Model uses three states to describe the spread of an infection: the susceptible (S), the infected (I), and the recovered (R). This model follows the trend of an infection over time and can predict whether an infection will spread. Using this model, epidemiologists may calculate the percentage of the population that needs to be vaccinated in order to provide a popul...

In this paper modeling, analysis and prediction of novel epidemic of COVID-19 are concerned to identify effective spread parameters of it in Iran. For this purpose, the basic susceptible-infected-removed (SIR) model is used which has two parameters: the infection rate and remove rate. The occurrence of several maximum points in the Iranian data and the single peak of the SIR model makes it impo...

The global outbreak of coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) has affected most countries in the world. Our knowledge of diagnostic tests for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is evolving, and it is important to have a clear understanding of the nature of the tests and the interpretation of their findings. In this paper, the purpose is to interpret the results of two typ...
